John was phenomenal to deal with throughout the entire sales journey. As an anxious first-time seller, the process sometimes felt a bit overwhelming but John always went above and beyond with his communication and I was never left wondering where things were at with interest in the property etc. which was massively helpful in trying to plan next steps to relocate. His market knowledge was also incredible. We were listed and sold within pretty much the exact time frame he suggested during our initial conversations and his guidance with navigating offers and the negotiations process was fantastic, particularly with the current market being the way it is. I couldn't be more thrilled with the final result. If I was to buy or sell on the Sunshine Coast in the future, I would 100% go through John again!

Very nice.

A Dedicated Professional Who Did What He Said He Would Do

I highly recommend John to any seller as being very professional with a high degree of integrity. Mr Cutuli has been most helpful in helping us buy our first home in Australia, I and my family are from overseas, we were strangers to the real estate market and how the process goes, there was also a language barrier.
