I had a developmental block in Yandina township for sale; 7 figures. Difficult market but Amber found a buyer. However, the buyer had many many months of delay in obtaining finance. Amber negotiated penalties, kept buyer on hook and updated me regularly. Very tenacious, comfortable professional and very loyal as the sellers agents.

" 'Mahia Rise' was the first development that we had done on the Sunshine Coast (we usually do Brisbane and Sydney projects) so we thought this would be time for us to outsource the selling of this project using a local Real Estate agent. One of my former employees had heard great things about Amber and her business so we gave them a shot. By settlement they successfully sold all but 2 of the apartments in a time when other projects in the area weren’t getting off the ground and still haven’t during the time we’ve completed the project.
